Research Projects
CANNABIS & SLEEP
Cannabis is increasingly used as a sleep aid, but we still have a poor understanding of its precise impact on sleep patterns. Tranq Sleep Care has launched several research projects to explore the effects of cannabis on sleep.
Read our systematic review on cannabis administration for sleep in the leading peer-reviewed sleep journal SLEEP.
COGNITIVE BEHAVIOURAL THERAPY FOR INSOMNIA APP
Tranq Sleep Care is working on a novel digital Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (dCBTi) app to improve patient care and treatment accessability, incorporating the latest research to create an educational self-administered tool for people to help improve their sleep.
